About 3 months before your big day, we will set up a phone call to create your timeline. We find great joy in creating the most relaxing and stress-free experience we can for you and that starts with writing your timeline; The timeline-curation process is a HUGE part of making sure we are all on the same page. We can make adjustments to it over the next couple months, but then we will send it to other vendors the week of your wedding.
This is after we talk through EVERYTHING and decide what is right for you, I will send you a contract to sign and a 20% retainer is required in order to book. THEN you are OFFICIAL Captured By Kaitlin Family!! And we get to move onto the fun stuff!
AHH!! This is one of my FAVORITE parts of the process!! We will schedule your engagement session and you do NOT need to worry if you are feeling nervous or if your S/O is maybe not the most enthusiastic about pictures lol. We will get you guys comfy and I will tell you exactly what to do!

WE ARE HERE!! All of your planning is coming to an end and it is your job now to sit back and relax while we get to work! We believe in heading all of the direction so you can FEEL every bit of your wedding day. We want to help you remember everything! AND within 48 hours, I will send you sneak peeks!!
Relive your wedding
Our turnaround time is between 6-8 weeks and I suggest you get comfy when your gallery and video go live. Between reliving the film over and over and sifting through hundreds *and hundreds lol* of wedding photos, you will want to set aside time together to live through everything together again.
